Our Export process

What happens, when, and who owns it

Indicative timelines vary according to product complexity, order quantity, customization, sampling requirements and destination. A project-specific timeline will be shared after requirements are confirmed.

Enquiry & Brief

You share your product requirements, estimated quantity, target market and any reference samples or specifications. We review the requirement and confirm the next steps.

Day 1–2

Consultation & Costing

We discuss suitable materials, GSM, construction, branding and packaging options, then prepare a quotation based on the agreed specifications and delivery requirements.

Day 2–5

Design & Artwork

We finalise product dimensions, construction, branding, artwork and other specifications for buyer approval before sampling or production.

Day 5–8

Sampling

A pre-production sample is developed through the selected manufacturing partner and shared for review and approval before bulk production begins. Applicable sample development and courier charges are confirmed before sample production.

Day 8–20

Bulk Production

Production begins after approval of the final specifications and sample. Progress updates can be shared at agreed stages throughout the production process.

Week 4–8

Quality Inspection

Quality checks are coordinated against agreed product specifications, including dimensions, fabric, stitching, printing, finishing and packaging. Independent third-party pre-shipment inspection, including AQL-based inspection where required, can be arranged at the buyer's request.

Pre-dispatch

Export & Delivery

We coordinate the required export documentation and shipment arrangements based on the agreed shipping terms, with support through dispatch and shipment tracking.

Week 8–12

What We Need From You

The more clearly we understand your requirement, the more accurately we can recommend the right product and specifications.

Please share: Product/bag type, approximate quantity, preferred material, size or dimensions, branding/printing requirements, target market, delivery destination, required timeline, and a reference image or sample (if available).

Documentation is reviewed against the agreed shipment details before dispatch.
